  • 1.5 x potential sales of between 2 times the flows to avoid running out of stock.
  • make sure that all of your products available in customer's store.
"CALCULATION OF THE POTENTIONAL SALES AND OFFER ENOUGH STOCK "

potentional sales 
(customers) / current week     =    first stock (last week)    (+ )   last week order   ( - )  current stock  


example :
  • last week stock : 3 packs
  • last week order : 7 packs
  • current stock : 2 packs
so, potentional sales in last week : (3+7) - 2 = 8 packs (potentional sales)
considerable amount of stock  = 1.5 x8 = 12 packs 
so, the amount of stock in the offer = (1.5x8) - = 10 packs / for this week
