SALESMAN APPEARANCE STANDARD
  • Short and neatly combed hair
  • clean and not dull face
  • clothing must be clean, fragrant and neat
  • and of course don't forget your shoes 
SALESMAN ATTITUDE
  • Confident, Polite, and friendly to everyone
  • Empathy to the Customers
  • able to actively listen to any complaints from customers
  • and helpful
 INITIATING CONVERSATION 
  1. with loyal customers you should
  • say hello to the Customers
  • specify their name
  • face them with the warm handshake
  • don't forget to say : "How are you today?"
  • keep smile
  • and eye contact is important
    2. with prospective Customers you should
  • say hello to the prospective customers
  • specify their name ( find it out first)
  • introduce your name and company that you represent
  • give a warm handshake
  • keep smile
  • and eye contact is always important
NOTE : 
ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT :  BEFORE YOU SELL A PRODUCT, "SELL" YOURSELF FIRST!
